The Standards Sub Committee is responsible for hearing and deciding on complaints that borough or parish councillors in Surrey Heath may have breached the relevant Codes of Conduct. This process is initiated when the Monitoring Officer refers such complaints to the committee, following the procedures outlined in Part H of the council's Constitution. The committee's role is to determine the outcome of these alleged breaches.
