The Executive RESOLVED that the final Local Government Reorganisation Plan developed by the Surrey district & borough councils, as set out at Annex 1 to the agenda report, be submitted to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), expressing a preference for a 3-unitary model.
