Decision

 The Executive RESOLVED that

(i)                 the Biodiversity Duty first consideration report will be published and the associated action plan be implemented; and

(ii)                information on the purpose and status of the Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS) be noted, and that the Council proceeds in line with the Scheme of Delegation, to respond to the anticipated consultation from Surrey County Council on the draft LNRS.
