Decision

The Executive RESOLVED that

(i)                 authority be delegated to the Director of Property and Economic Development in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Property and Economic Development and the Director of Finance and s151 Officer to enter into a contract for the replacement of both chillers at Theta Office Building, Frimley at a sum not exceeding that set out in Annex 1 which is commercially sensitive and exempt from publication.

(ii)                the Executive approve an increase to the budget for the scheme in the capital programme, to be fully funded by the service charge pot and sinking fund.
