Purpose

That the update on the improvement programme for Swansea
Market together with its revised financial implications are approved and for
the updated scheme to be added to the capital programme.

 

That the £70k contribution from residual ERF budget is
approved and added to the capital programme budget for 2023/24.

 

That the £250k contribution from the Placemaking Grant is
approved and added to the capital programme.
