The Council of Swansea Council on 03 September 2026 approved recommendations. The Council resolved to build on existing work and requested the Leader of the Council write to the First Minister urging the Welsh Government to ensure Local Authorities receive a substantial proportion of any SEN/ALN related consequential funding received from the UK Government.
