The Council approved recommendations on 03/09/2026. The Council is developing a Swansea specific Transport Plan to provide a clear, locally focused transport vision through to 2030 and 2050. This plan will sit alongside regional plans and allow Swansea to set out its own local priorities, milestones, and delivery approach.
