Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.    
The Council grants a new lease to the current
tenant, Jonathon Reynolds MP, for a further 4
year term.

2.    
The lease to be on the same terms of the existing
lease save for rent with the initial rent to be £8,420 per
annum.

3.    
The rent is to be reviewed annually in accordance
with the Retail Prices Index (All items).
