Purpose
To grant a new lease to existing tenants
(Angela Rayner).
Content
That it be DETERMINED that:
1.
The Council grants a new lease to the current tenant
for a term of a further 5 years, backdated to 26 March
2024.
2.
The lease to be on the same terms as the existing
lease, save for rent with the initial rent to be £6,145 plus
VAT per annum, totalling £7,374 per annum. The new rent
includes the cost of four car parking passes.
3.
The rent is to be reviewed annually in accordance
with the Retail Prices Index (All items).
