The nomination for land at the east end of the
Fairfield Moravian Settlement, Droylsden to remain on the
Council’s list of Assets of Community Value following the
expiry of the current listing with reference CA18 on 29 May 2023 BE
ACCEPTED as shown outlined red on the plan at Appendix
A.
This excludes the land included
in the application, which is subject to tenancy agreements for the
purposes of private residential garden use.  The excluded land is identified coloured yellow,
green and orange on the plan at page A58 in the
paginated bundle appended to this report and referred to in this
report as the Garden Land.
