The budget for the scheme at Millbrook Primary School be allocated
to the Ambition Community Trust and a Grant Funding Agreement put
in place to enable the Trust to carry out the works. Should for any
reason the school not be taken on by the Trust, the scheme will be
completed by the Council through an open market tender.

To authorise the Borough Solicitor to enter into an agreement with
the Ambition Community Trust to passport £330,000 in respect
of Millbrook Primary School in respect of agreed works with effect
from 1 January 2025, and any consequential amendments.
