To ensure that the Council regains control of the
property following the current tenant entering into
Administration. 

2.    
To enable the Council to let the property following
an appropriate marketing exercise, thereby ensuring renewed service
provision and a continued income stream.

That it be DETERMINED that:
This Council accepts the
surrender of the lease of Ridge Hill Children’s Centre,
Stalybridge (First Floor) due to the lessee Welcome Nurseries Ltd, having entered into
administration.
