disposal of land at Peel Street, Audenshaw.

That it be DETERMINED that in accordance with the
agreed Council disposal policy, the Authority proceeds with the
sale of the property, as identified on the attached OS plan, on the
terms detailed in the attached report to Audenshaw
School.
