The purpose of the report is to seek approval
to amend the proposed method of advertising the subject opportunity
following a recent, unsuccessful attempt to market the subject
opportunity.

Following a recent unsuccessful marketing campaign,
it is DETERMINED that the Council re-markets the subject area of
land, as identified on the attached plan, by way of public
auction.
