Purpose

To seek authority to publish a summary of the
consultation responses received to the Homes, Spaces, Places,
consultation which took place from 8 July 2024 to 16 September
2024, including those sites submitted through that call for sites
process and set out relevant next steps.

Content

That it be DETERMINED to:

1.      
Publish the Homes, Spaces, Places Scoping
Consultation Summary of Consultation Responses, as provided at
Appendix 1.

2.      
Publish the Homes, Spaces, Places, Duty to Cooperate
Log of Collaboration, as provided at Appendix 2.

3.      
Publish the Homes, Spaces, Places, Scoping
Consultation Statement of Compliance, summary of consultation and
engagement activities undertaken, as provided at Appendix
3.

4.      
Publish the summary of the Call for Sites, as
provided at Appendix 4.

5.      
Authorise the Director of Place in consultation with
the Executive Member (Strategic Improvement &
Corporate Vision) and the Homes, Spaces, Places, Project Board to
prepare and bring forward for consultation the Homes, Spaces,
Places, Issues and Options plan.
