DETERMINED:
To dispose of the Council’s
freehold reversion interest to the existing long lessee occupying
the property for the sum of £7,180 (Seven Thousand One
Hundred and Eighty Pounds) plus the Council’s legal and
surveyor fees equating to £2,000 (Two Thousand
pounds).
