of grant funding to develop two active travel schemes, including
design, consultation and development of the business
case.

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
the Tranche 4E Active Travel Funding proposal is
accepted, for consultation and scheme development of two schemes,
as set out in Section 3 of this report and Appendix 1,
Appendix 2 and Appendix 3.
