Purpose

To obtain approval to award a four year and 2
month contract to five new Support at home providers

That it be DETERMINED that:
Permission be given to approve an additional five providers from
the current Home Care Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) to become
specific Support at Home Providers.  The
providers are: Homecarers Care Service Limited, Sams Helping Hands,
Shabach Healthcare Limited, Delta Limited and Link Care
Solutions.
