Purpose

To enable the council to enter into a contract
with Traffic Direct Limited and Northern Markings Limited

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
The Council enters into agreements with Traffic
Direct Limited and Northern Marking Limited for the delivery of
lining works on the public highway, commencing on 1 December
2024.

2.      
The contract should be in place for a 24 month
period with the option to extend for a further 24 months subject to
satisfactory performance and availability of budget.
