That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
Approval be granted to publish a Statutory Notice
and   formal consultation on a
proposal to amalgamate Stalyhill Infant and Stalyhill Junior
School.

2.      
Following the conclusion of the formal consultation
that a further report be submitted to Cabinet outlining
consultation responses and to request a decision which must be made
within 2 months of the closure of the consultation otherwise
decision making will pass to the Office of the Schools
Adjudicator.
