Consent is given to the making of an Order
by the Department for Education to amend existing delegated functions to add a
further educations funding power, to be introduced via the Combined Authorities
(Adult Education Functions) (Amendment) Order 2025

Reasons for the decision

This report recommends a proposal that would
give additional funding powers to Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA)
in relation to adult education.
