Purpose

To approve the revocation of a Prohibition of Driving Order to enable the development of the site

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise
of its powers under sections 1, 2 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 is granted permission to give public notice of revoking the
prohibition of driving order on Chain Bar Lane, Mottram in Longdendale.

Reasons for the decision

To enable a development by Maple Grove Developments Limited and Onward
Homes, as permitted by Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council under reference
23/01063/FUL.
