That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
Approve that the remaining budget for St
Anne’s Primary School for the construction of a new front
entrance to the school is allocated to Victorious Academies Trust
upon academisation.

2.      
Approval to enter into a Grant Funding Agreement
with St Anne’s Primary School to award the remaining budget
for the construction a new front entrance to the school to the
Trust to complete the works following academisation.
