Purpose

To seek approval to the surrender of the lease
granted to The Guinness Partnership for Enville House and
simultaneous grant of a new lease for the property to Ashton
Pioneer Homes.

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.    
The Council accept the surrender of the leasehold
interest in Enville House from The Guinness Partnership.

2.    
Simultaneous to the surrender, the Council grants a
new 125-year lease of Enville House to Ashton Pioneer
Homes.
