agreed Council’s disposal policy, the Council:

Accepts the offer submitted by Phoenix
Childcare Ltd for the purchase of the Former Denton Centre.

Reasons for the decision

To comply with the corporate policy for the disposal of Council owned
land and facilitate the sale of this surplus asset.
