That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
Approve that the Livingstone Primary School Boiler
Replacement Scheme is procured via an Open Market Tender through
Star Procurement.

2.      
Approval to enter into a contract with the
successful tender applicant subject to approval from the Director
of Education.
