To award a 2 year
contract to BestOutcome (with an option
to extend by 1 year) to provide the PM3 Project Portfolio
Management Software for Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council and
the Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF).

 

The cost of £0.099m for the proposed 3 years
(2 years with option to extend by 1 year) equates to £0.070m
for the Council and £0.029m for GMPF.

 
The
primary driver for this work is to support the Council to achieve
the digital transformation objectives as approved by Cabinet on 25
September 2024. Purchasing this project management software will
allow the Council and the Greater Manchester Pension Fund to manage
projects effectively, and provide accountability and transparency
for project delivery.
