To dispose of the Council’s
freehold reversion to the existing long lessee occupying the
property for £9,770 (Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy
Pounds) plus the Council’s legal and surveyor fees equating
to £2,000 (Two Thousand pounds).
