That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
The Council grants a new lease to the tenant at Unit
16, Charlestown Industrial Estate.

2.      
The new lease to be a term of 5 years.

3.      
An annual rental of £7,500 per
annum.

4.      
The rent to be reviewed mid-term to reflect current
market value.
