That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
The Council to grant a lease renewal to the tenant
at Unit 11, Charlestown Industrial Estate.

2.      
The new lease to be a term of 5 years.

3.      
The new lease to be on the same terms as the expired
lease.

4.      
An annual rental of £7,500 per
annum.

5.      
The rent to be reviewed mid term to reflect current
market value.
