Purpose

Approval for changes to the “allocation
of the Summer 2024 School Condition Funding” approved on 4
April 2024. To change the procure provider from the LEP to an Open
Market Tender through Star procurement.

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
Approve that the Milton St John Primary School
External Works Scheme is procured via an Open Market Tender through
STaR Procurement.

2.      
Approval to enter into a contract with the
successful tender applicant subject to approval from the Director
of Children’s Services

Reasons for the decision

To obtain best value for money it is proposed to
seek alternative tenders for the works through STaR
procurement.
