That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
Permission is given under sections 1(1), 2(1), 2(2),
9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to make an
experimental prohibition of driving order on Castle Street,
Stalybridge and an experimental one-way traffic order on Melbourne
Street, Stalybridge.

2.      
Any unresolved objections will be reported at a
future Speakers Panel (Planning) meeting.  If the proposals are subsequently approved, then
the experimental legal Orders will be made to reflect that
decision.
