Purpose

To delegate the acceptance of offers received
to the Portfolio Holder for Finance & Resources in conjunction
with the Director of Place and the Director of Resources

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
The highest offer be accepted.

2.      
Should the highest offer fail to proceed, then
offers down to the third highest be progressed in that
order.

3.      
Should the third highest offer not proceed then
authority be granted to remarket at auction.
