To advise Members of the appropriate route to
market for the asset, and to seek authority to use alternative
routes if the selected route fails without having to return to
Asset Management Panel.

That it be DETERMINED that:
Surplus land at Droylsden Cemetery, Droylsden as identified on
the attached plan at Appendix 1, be advertised on the open
market by external agents inviting bids for the site.
