Purpose

Family Hubs Grant funding was due to cease on
31 March 2025, on 20 December 2024 it was announced that the
funding for Tameside family hubs would continue, and the service
received information on our maximum funding allocation.

All work undertaken since the start of the
Family Hubs programme had considered the need to plan for a
sustainable model going forward, this has been a priority for both
managers and work stream leads.  Given
that this funding was for 12 months, sustainability and forward
planning will remain a priority.
