Purpose

The report provided information relating to
the procurement and award of an Enforcement Agent(s) contract to
collect unpaid debts for Exchequer Services and Parking
Services.  The debts included Council
Tax, Business Rates, Sundy Debts, Commercial Rent Arrears, Housing
Benefit Overpayments, Adult Social Care and Parking and Bus Lane
Fines.
