To award a 12 month contract to Inform Limited,
trading as The Inform Team at the cost of £0.250m. This
contract will provide training and change management to allow the
Council to achieve maximum benefit from Microsoft 365 (M365)
investment.  The initial focus will be
supporting the Council to adopt Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft
Teams, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Collaboration Apps
together with discovery work around Copilot.
The
primary driver for this work is to support the Council to achieve
the digital transformation objectives as approved by the Executive
Cabinet on 25 September 2024.
