Purpose

The report provided detail and information
contained within the masterplan for Droylsden Town
Centre.  It included key consultation
findings that have informed the Vision, Objectives and
Interventions to regenerate this key town centre in the
Borough.

RESOLVED
That Executive
Cabinet:
(i)   
Approve the Droylsden Town Centre Masterplan and associated
Investment Prospectus to guide proposals for development in the
Town Centre;
(ii)  
Note the further work being undertaken to support the delivery
of interventions identified in the Masterplan, specifically the
detailed public realm strategy and the feasibility study focused on
the Concord Suite and Droylsden Shopping Centre.
