Content

That it be determined that the Council:

1)  
be
authorised to enter into a 125-year Lease in respect to the school
site with the Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust

2)  
offers to
pool with the Academy, in respect of the pension fund liabilities
in the Greater Manchester Pension Fund.

3)  
execute any
necessary Greater Manchester Pension Fund for Transferee Admission
Bodies documentation.
4) be authorised to enter into
a Deed of Novation in respect of a Grant Agreement for wraparound
provision being undertaken by the school.
