the Capital Resource for Planned, Preventative Maintenance for
essential roof repair works at Hyde Town Hall.

RESOLVED
That Executive
Cabinet approve the budget virement of £0.950m of the Capital
resource for Planned, Preventative Maintenance for essential
building works at Hyde Town Hall from the remaining budget of
£1.045m earmarked budget for planned maintenance across the
Corporate Estate approved at Executive Cabinet on 29 September
2021.
