RESOLVED

(i)   
To NOTE the Capital Outturn expenditure for 2024/25.
(ii)  
To APPROVE the reprofiling of £6.628m on the Capital
Programme for 2024/25 into 2025/26 as set out in Table 2 of the
report.
(iii)To NOTE the financing
of the 2024/25 Capital Programme as set out in Table 6.
(iv)To NOTE the other
changes to the Capital Programme set out in table 10.
