To request Approval of the Wraparound
Childcare Services Programme grant

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.    
Approve the grant allocations as described in the
report.

2.    
The Grant Agreement be approved and executed as
outlined in the report.

3.    
Authority be granted to the Borough Solicitor and
Director of Resources (Section 151 Officer) to sign the agreement
on behalf of the Council.

Reasons for the decision

Approval of the recommendations ensures the Council
is compliant in the application of the Wraparound Childcare Grant
in line with grant conditions.
