Purpose
Permission is sought to allow the legal
process of introducing a one-way traffic regulation order on Market
Street, King Street and Queen Street, Stalybridge to
commence.
Content
That it be DETERMINED that:
1.
Permission is given under sections 1(1), 2(1) and
2(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to advertise a one-way
traffic regulation order on Market Street, King Street and Queen
Street, Stalybridge.
2.
Any unresolved objections will be reported at a
future Speakers Panel (Planning) meeting. If the proposals are subsequently approved, then a
legal order will be made to reflect that decision.
Reasons for the decision
Permission is sought to allow the legal process of
introducing a one-way traffic regulation order on Market Street,
King Street and Queen Street, Stalybridge to commence.
