of grant funding to develop three active travel schemes, including
design, consultation and development of the business
case.

To accept the City Region Sustainable Transport
Settlement funding agreement as set out in section 3 of this report
and Appendix 1
Reasons for the decision
This report seeks approval to enter a CRSTS grant
funding agreement, to enable the council to further
develop the detailed design and full
business case submission. The three
schemes propose improvements to highway infrastructure along the
Rochdale – Oldham – Ashton Quality Bus Transit (QBT)
corridor.
