RESOLVED
That under Section 100 (A)
of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded
for the following item of business (Item 9 Route to Market Appendix
2) on the grounds that the appended document contains exempt
information relating to paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of
the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) in that it related to
information relating to the financial or business affairs of a
particular person (including the authority holding that
information).
