RESOLVED
(i)            
That the Council proceed to market the site by way of a Private
Treaty Sale, using the services of a specialist estate
agent. 
(ii)          
That authority is given to the Director of Place in consultation
with the Director of Resources and the Borough Solicitor to agree
the terms of sale.
