To update on the outcome of the public
consultation and obtain approval to submit the MTE application to
the Secretary of State

RESOLVED
(i)            
That the comments received, during the public consultation, and
proposed actions are noted.
(ii)          
That approval be given to submit an application, as prescribed
by the Secretary of State, for powers under Part 6 of the Traffic
Management Act 2004.
