Purpose

The current software used for fleet management is no
longer supported by the supplier.  TranSend is
the replacement system from Civica and is cloud
based.  The data in our current system needs to
be migrated to TranSend and the new system set up.

That it be DETERMINED:

(i)            
That a three-year contract with an optional one-year extension is
awarded to Civica for migration of the current fleet management
system to a new system, TranSend.
