Purpose

On 7 February 2025 an Executive Decision was made to award new
contracts to five providers to become Support at Home providers
commencing 1 April 2025 to 30 May 2029.  However,
it has been identified that providers that were named in the 7
February 2025 Executive Decision Notice were incorrect. A further
decision is now required to rectify this error and name the correct
providers in order to award the contracts.

That it be DETERMINED that:
An amendment be made to the Executive
Decision Notice dated 7 February 2025 for an additional five
providers from the current Home Care Flexible Purchasing System
(FPS) to become specific Support at Home
Providers.  The amended list of providers to be
awarded contracts for these services will be:
Homecarers Care Service Limited, Sams Helping Hands,
Shabach Healthcare Limited, Delta Limited and
Smartway Health and Social Care Limited.
