Purpose

A structural engineers report has been received, and it
has been found that the timber structures are beginning to
fail.  The structural supports will require
replacement and the new windows installing along the elevation with
the completion to include associated works to soffits, facias,
rainwater goods, and radiators.

That it be DETERMINED that:

£0.075m will be allocated from school condition grant
to Micklehurst Primary School to replace a number of windows,
soffits, facias, and to install structural support.
Approve procuring the works through Star
Procurement.
